Bat Hoop Decoration These are made with fabric that I embroider a saying onto and mount in a 4-inch wooden hoop. I make the ghost design out of felt which is then added onto the hoop. Choose from a Rainbow Fabric or Purple. The back of the hoop is then covered with felt so that it is neat and tidy, a coloured cord is added so that it is ready to hang up.
