Ghost Hoop Decoration These are made with fabric that I embroider a saying onto and mount in a 4 inch wooden hoop. I make the ghost design out of felt which is then added onto the hoop. The back of the hoop is then covered with felt so that it is neat and tidy and a coloured cord is added so that it is ready to hang up.
